Jen's workshops have been invaluable in helping me find my voice, and never fail to inspire me to write — I can't recommend them highly enough.

Seminars
I offer seminars on how to utilise social media and vlogging within the publishing industry. One of these seminars is for authors, teaching them how to publicise themselves and their books effectively, and another is for publishers centred on influencer outreach.
I also offer talks on disability and representation in the media. Primarily I give these talks to publishing companies or to readers at book festivals, but if you are a different kind of company who wants to raise awareness of disability in the work place, I'd be happy to speak about how we could work together. I can be hired as a consultant on a freelance basis, too, for sensitivity reading and editorial work.
Schools
I run short story and poetry writing workshops for schools on a variety of topics, especially for Y4-6.
I also offer storytelling workshops for lower primary year groups with an emphasis on verbal storytelling.

As part of the Liverpool Children's Festival of Reading, Jen Campbell delivered a range of fantastic sessions to pupils of different ages. She read 'Franklin and Luna' to KS1 students using costumes, movement and sound effects to keep everyone involved, before supporting the children in designing their own fantasy planet. KS2 pupils were given a primer in fairytales and then used this to create their own 'twist' on a fairy tale poem. In all of these sessions Jen kept her audience gripped and engaged and provided lots of creative inspiration for the pupils involved. We loved having Jen as part of the Liverpool Children's Festival of Reading!

Jen's session gave a fascinating insight into the history of fairytales that will support our curriculum and topics of study as well as promoting a love of reading and writing.
